Your booking site in 15 minutes: the checklist to launch today

You don't need a designer, a domain, or any tech skills to have a site where your clients book on their own. You need 15 minutes, your phone, and the information you already have in your head.

Here's the list, in order. If you gather what's in the first section before you start, the rest is just copying and picking.

Before you start: have this ready

• Your business name the way you want it shown, and your logo if you have one (if not, the name is enough).
• Your list of services with the price and how long each one takes. If you don't know the exact duration, use what you go by when booking by hand.
• The hours of each person who sees clients, including days off.
• Your exact address, the one you'd put in Google Maps.
• 3 to 6 photos of your work, the same ones you already post on Instagram.
• Your WhatsApp Business number.

That's everything. What follows is entering it in the right order.

Minutes 1 to 5: business and services

Create your account, pick your business type (salon, barbershop, nails, lashes), and the system proposes a list of typical services with suggested durations. Delete the ones you don't offer, adjust prices, add your own.

One tip: put real prices, not "starting at." When the price is clear, people book without asking. When it says "from $200," they message you to ask what it really costs and you've lost the point of having a site.

This is also where you set the deposit per service. You can leave it at zero to start and turn it on later, but if you already charge deposits by bank transfer, set it now: the card payment link replaces the screenshot.

Minutes 5 to 10: who works and when

Add each person on your team with their hours. If it's just you, it's one profile. Each person gets their own link, handy for your stylists to share with their own clients.

Mark closed days and breaks. The system won't offer slots outside of those, so this is where you keep someone from booking 8 pm on a Sunday.

Set your cancellation policy: how many hours' notice you ask for and what happens to the deposit. It shows up at booking and in the confirmation, without you having to explain it every time.

Minutes 10 to 13: how it looks

Pick your main color. The whole site takes it on: buttons, headings, the confirmation stamp. Upload your logo or leave the name as text. Upload your photos.

Write two lines about your business, in your words. "Nail studio in Providencia, acrylics and nail art specialists. By appointment." That's enough. Nobody reads more than that on a phone.

Your site lives at yourbusiness.agenka.com.mx. Open it on your own phone and book a test appointment from start to finish. If something looks off or a service is missing, you fix it right there.

Minutes 13 to 15: make sure people find it

A site nobody sees is useless. These three steps matter most and get forgotten most:

• Put the link in your Instagram bio and change the text to "Book here." It's the number one place people will come from.
• Put it in your WhatsApp Business greeting message, so when someone writes "do you have anything open?", they already have the link in hand.
• Share it in your stories this week with a "you can now book on your own" and a screenshot of the site.

If you have a Google Maps listing, add it there too as your website. It takes one extra minute and brings you people who search for you by name.

After the 15 minutes

With that, you're already taking bookings. The rest turns on whenever you want: email reminders from day one (and WhatsApp once you activate the API), a loyalty punch card so the fifth visit comes with a reward, and later the AI receptionist so your WhatsApp answers on its own.
